Return Request

  1. We will come back to you with RMA number and our paper work
  2. Please attach our RMA acceptance form on the box you want to return
  3. We will check and test the unit that you claim faulty
  4. After evaluation and testing, we will send it back to you based on the condition you have returned.
  5. The unit might be repaired, replaced by the new or upgraded model or credit  back to you which will be all based on the T&C you have with Beyond Tech
  6. If the serial number wasn’t from Beyond Tech then you will have to arrange your own collection from our warehouse.
