- We will come back to you with RMA number and our paper work
- Please attach our RMA acceptance form on the box you want to return
- We will check and test the unit that you claim faulty
- After evaluation and testing, we will send it back to you based on the condition you have returned.
- The unit might be repaired, replaced by the new or upgraded model or credit back to you which will be all based on the T&C you have with Beyond Tech
- If the serial number wasn’t from Beyond Tech then you will have to arrange your own collection from our warehouse.
